Meet Tucker

Tucker Branson is a state-certified real estate appraiser and the founder of Branson Appraisal Company, providing commercial real estate valuation services throughout Ocala and North Central Florida. Since beginning his appraisal career in 2017, Tucker has developed a strong reputation for delivering well-supported, accurate, and timely appraisal reports for a wide range of property types.

Tucker graduated from Florida State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate. His academic background provided a solid foundation in market analysis, investment principles, and property valuation—skills that continue to guide his approach today.

Prior to entering the appraisal profession, Tucker worked in the banking and finance industry as both a credit analyst and lender. This experience gives him a unique perspective on the appraisal process, allowing him to understand not only how properties are valued, but how those valuations are used by banks, investors, and financial institutions to make informed decisions. His ability to bridge the gap between valuation and lending adds meaningful value to his clients.

As a native of Ocala, Tucker has a deep understanding of the local market and the factors that influence property values across Marion County and the surrounding areas. He is committed to serving his community with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of responsiveness.

Tucker is a member of the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Ocala. He is an active member of the Metropolitan Ocala Rotary Club, reflecting his dedication to community involvement and professional relationships throughout the region.
